Can I fly home the day after a laser or injectable treatment?
The doctor who treats you is the one who can say yes. Here is how to ask so the answer fits your flight.

The short answer
Can I fly home the day after a laser or injectable treatment?
Not after every treatment, and only the doctor who treated you can say for yours. The CDC Yellow Book cites a wait of 7 to 10 days before flying after laser treatments or cosmetic procedures to the face, eyelids or nose, so for those the day after is too soon. For injectables such as botulinum toxin or fillers, the sources we checked give no separate figure at all, so ask the doctor directly. Ask as well which warning signs to watch for after you land and whom to contact, because the regulators we cite describe reactions that can start days after treatment.

What published guidance says about flying.
The CDC Yellow Book, written for clinicians advising travellers, cites the American Society of Plastic Surgeons: after laser treatments or cosmetic procedures to the face, eyelids or nose, wait 7 to 10 days before flying. The same page advises not flying for 10 days after chest or abdominal surgery.
UK NHS guidance on surgery abroad gives a similar range for facial cosmetic procedures. Both sources describe surgery and procedures with real recovery. A light laser session can be a much smaller event, which is exactly why the question belongs with the doctor who knows what was done.

We did not find a published flight interval for botulinum toxin or filler injections in the sources we checked, so this article does not give one. What those sources do describe is what to watch for afterwards, and that matters more when you will be far from the clinic.
The UK medicines regulator reports rare cases where difficulty swallowing, slurred speech, breathing difficulties or muscle weakness appeared within days or up to four weeks after botulinum toxin treatment, and advises immediate medical attention. The US FDA advises immediate medical attention after fillers for unusual pain, vision changes, or skin near the injection site turning white, grey or blue.

Tell the doctor your flight date at the consultation. It changes what a sensible plan looks like, and some doctors will choose a gentler option or a different order of sessions when they know you leave soon.
Before you leave the clinic, ask for the aftercare instructions in writing, the name of every product used, and a contact who answers messages from abroad. If something changes on the plane or at home, those three things are what a doctor there will ask you for first.
